Management System

With the aid of its team of dedicated SHEQ Senior Practitioners,MSCOS is making progressive steps towards establishing an Integrated Management System,documented,implemented and maintained as a way to continuously improve the performance of the organisation.

Relevant documentation has already been put in place and a manuals developed describing the quality,safety, health and environmental policies and general company-wide structure and procedures for maintaining an integrated management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,and OIS45001:2018.

MSCOS's integrated management system is based upon a "Risk-Based Approach" management, demonstrated by the company's commitment to:

  1. Identify the processes needed for the effective operation of the integrated management system and their risks throughout the organisation;
  2. Determine the sequence and interaction of the integrated management system risks;
  3. Determine the criteria and methods needed to ensure the effective operation and control of these risks;
  4. Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the management and monitoring of these risks;
  5. Monitor, measure and analyse these risks; and
  6. Maintain outsourced controls as an integral part of the management system.

In line with this approach, Integrated Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) structures have been developed to ensure Management and Staff commits to:
